Tax Records

In principle, tax assessments and other tax records should be in the possession of the City Clerk. But at present there is no inventory of which Lebanon records have been preserved, and they are not easily accessed by the public. The Lebanon Historical Society is working toward an inventory.

The most accessible Lebanon assessments are found in the early town record books. See the entry for Town Records.
